227 single family clustered subdivision on 398 acres off Laroe Road surrounding Gibson Hill and Bull Mill Road intersections.
The project is estimated to generate 695 new residents, which includes 341 children for the

Woodbury
School District . New road connections to Walton Lake Estates and King Tract neighborhoods are under consideration. Note, the golf course is no longer proposed by the applicant and is not included in this Draft Environmental Impact Study. The applicant proposes expanding King Tract water district and building a sewer treatment plant. Portions of the project are in steep slopes and other portions around wetlands and streams. Several environmental impacts have been identified to occur as a result of the proposed development..
